IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION: TFOS has negotiated special prices for the conference hotels. If you want to book a hotel at TFOS rates, they are on a first-come-first-served basis. It will still be 'peak' tourist season during the beginning of September, so the reservations must be final/paid-in-full to compete with high-accommodation demand. The hotels will not be flexible with their policies.
